Abstract
Aim: The aim of the present study is to investigate metacognitive model between autogenous and reactive subtypes of OCD and also between total OCD group and healthy control group.
Method: In the study, we include 61 patients from the Psychiatry Department of Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıd Hospital and 30 healthy men from the hospital staff as control group. Socio-demographic data form, SCID-I, SCID-II, Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) and the Metacognition Questionnaire(MCQ-30) were implemented.
Results: We compared the metacognitions on autogenous and reactive subtypes of OCD and no significant statistical difference was found (p>0.05). When we compared OCD and healthy control group, we observed significant statistical difference between two groups on the averages of total point and the MCQ-30 subscales (p<0.05) except the subscale about positive beliefs about worry.
Discussion: Similar metacognitive pathologies on the OCD subtype groups and the difference between OCD and the control group support the thought of using Metacognitivr Therapy as a treatment option with no consideration the subtype concept. As well as that finding no difference in subscale about positive beliefs about worry between OCD and healthy control group is another point that must be investigated. Nevertheless, we need much more study about metacognitions in OCD

Key words: obsessive compulsive disorder, reactive obsession, autogenous obsession, metacognition

OBSESİF KOMPULSİF BOZUKLUK ALT TİPLERİNDE VE SAĞLIKLI KONTROL GRUBUNDA METAKOGNİSYONLARIN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Ozet
